Covenant Telecom Selects OneBill to Power Their Wholesale and Retail Channel Partner Network

San Francisco, California, October 9, 2023Covenant Telecom, a newly established, nationwide Virtual Network Enabler (VNE), has chosen OneBill, an award winning billing and revenue management solution, as their strategic partner to not only facilitate their billing operations, but to also enable rapid expansion through the platform’s channel partner management capabilities.

With expertise in wholesale wireless internet and IoT services, Covenant Telecom, LLC selected OneBill to provide a turnkey solution that will facilitate billing for both their wholesale and end user customers, as well as workflow automation through APIs. This tight integration with Covenant Telecom’s network partner’s provisioning platforms will create a management system of the SIM lifecycle (Activation, Deactivation, Suspend, Resume, Plan Change etc.) through a customer portal and inventory management for SIM allocation and association. The partnership with OneBill allows Covenant Telecom to provide a solution to their channel partners, such as wireless internet service providers and regional mobile network operators, that enables autonomy to bill their end users effectively and efficiently.
